Single stage centrifugal pump includes pump body, pump cover, motor with output shaft. The pump shaft, bearing seat, impeller, mechanical seal and mechanical seal gland installed in the pump body are connected with the motor through extended elastic coupling. The pump, pipeline and other equipment shall be removed, the water stored in the pump and pipeline shall be drained, and the water in the pipeline and pump shall be cleaned.

Then carefully check the impeller, bearing and other parts of the water pump according to the technical requirements of the manual, and replace them in time if they are damaged.

Wash the bearing with gasoline, coat it with oil, and then install it.

The bottom valve, elbow and other iron castings of the water pump shall be derusted if rusted, then coated with oil and stored in a dry place.

If the motor is not used for a long time, it is easy to get damp, so it should be removed from the pump, pulled back to the room, and wipe the dirt on the motor shell. If you don't want to disassemble, you can transport the pump and motor back to the room together.

The intactness of the movement shall be checked according to the technical requirements. If there are worn parts, they shall be repaired or replaced. After meeting the technical requirements, they shall be stored in the warehouse.

In case of short-term shutdown, put linoleum or plastic cloth on the motor and starter to prevent rain, moisture and dust.
