2. If the voltage of the power supply is high or low, under a specific load state, if the voltage variation range is relatively large, the pump will overheat its motor when running.

3. In addition, if the three-phase voltage of the power supply is wrong, it will cause the winding to overheat. In addition, it will also cause the motor to be burned out due to overheating when running without items.

4. The higher the working pressure of the multi-stage centrifugal pump, the greater the axial force of the pump rotor, and the pump rotor will move violently to the low-pressure side. If the axial force is not balanced by the balancing device and acts directly on the high-speed rotating impeller, it will produce great resistance, which is easy to overload or burn out the motor.

5. It may also be due to the impact of the surrounding environment during operation, because the motor winding of the pump may have moisture and other infiltration or dust, oil and other attached to the winding, which will also reduce the insulation of the winding.

6. The balance pipe on the multi-stage centrifugal pump and the balance hole on the impeller are also very important to reduce the pressure of the balance plate. If the balance pipe and balance hole are blocked, the pressure on the balance plate will increase and the load will also increase, which may overload or burn the motor. Therefore, the balance pipe, scale and sundries in the hole must be dredged during maintenance to make it unobstructed.
